|The Nissan Pathfinder and (Japanese: Nissan Terrano) were originally compact SUVs and they are now mid-size SUVs. Whereas the Pathfinder is sold in North America, the name first introduced in late 1986, elsewhere in the world the vehicle was known as the Terrano. The first generation Pathfinder/Terrano platform is known as the WD21. The second generation Pathfinder platform is known as the R50, and the third generation is known as the R51. The Pathfinder is slotted in size between the Murano and Armada or Patrol, but in price between the Xterra and Murano. The Pathfinder's traditional Japanese competitor is the Toyota 4Runner.|

The Infiniti QX is a luxury SUV built by Nissan and originally sold in North America. Infiniti has continued adding an "X" in the alphanumeric identification to all vehicles currently offered denoting that the particular vehicle has all-wheel-drive technology, based on Nissan's ATTESA system.
The first generation received its naming inspiration from the recognized four wheel drive terminology "4X4" with Infiniti adding a "Q" at the beginning to suggest it was a luxurious "4X4", borrowed from the Q45. The first generation also had a briefly available Japanese version called the Nissan Terrano Regulus. Consecutive generations are much larger, and the naming convention adheres to the current trend of using a numeric designation derived from the engine's displacement.

2 Second generation series JA60 (2004-2010)

|The Nissan Armada is Nissan's full-size [[sport utility vehicle].
It shares its body-on-frame F-Alpha platform with the Nissan Titan pickup truck, Nissan Xterra SUV, Nissan Frontier pickup truck, and Nissan Pathfinder SUV.
An upscale version of the Armada is sold as the Infiniti QX56.
All Armadas are currently built in Canton, Mississippi.
The Armada has a 5.6 L 360 hp (227 kW) VK56DE V8 engine, a 5-speed automatic transmission, and a choice of rear-wheel drive or four-wheel drive. The Armada was designed for North America and introduced for the 2004 model year. The switch to the Armada name was made in 2005, where it got new badges.
There are some Armadas that are capable of using E85. It was the only Japanese vehicle sold in the U.S. other than the Nissan Titan that can use E85 until the introduction of the E85 capable Toyota UR engine powered Toyota Tundra and Toyota Sequoia in 2009. The 2009 Armada has been updated with more standard features and options. 2010 will be the final year of production for the current generation Armada. For 2011 it is predicted production of the Armada will move to Japan and will be based on the 2010 Nissan Patrol.
|Nissan Frontier is the name for the D22 and D40 generations of Nissan pickup trucks in North, Central and South America and the Philippines. The line was started in 1998, and its immediate predecessor is the D21 Nissan Hardbody truck. As of 2002, the D22 series Nissan Truck is no longer sold in Japan, with the primary market having been relocated to North America, built at the Smyrna, Tennessee Nissan factory.|
|Nissan was the pioneer of the Hardbody or Nissan Navara since 1986. The first was the D21, considered to be a small pick up.
After more than 10 years with the D21, the second generation Navara was manufactured from 1998 and went until 2005 which was classed as a compact sized pick up.
It was replaced with the bigger, taller, longer D40, which Nissan now considers to be a mid-size pick up truck.
The Navara gets its name from the Navarre region of northern Spain, and the European version is built at the Nissan factory in Barcelona.
Nissan Frontier аlso called Nissan Frontier, Nissan Frontier Bravado, Nissan Fiera, Nissan Hardbody, Nissan Navara, Nissan Paladin (SUV version), Nissan PickUp, Nissan Winner, Dongfeng Oting (SUV), Dongfeng Rich Pickup.
|The Nissan Xterra is a compact SUV built on the Nissan F-Alpha truck platform.
Targeted at an adventurous consumer, the Frontier-based vehicle is named after the XTERRA off-road triathlon race series Nissan sponsored through the end of 2006.
The Xterra was introduced in North America in the 2000 model year and marketed as a simple but capable SUV with the slogan Everything you need, nothing you don't. Although accepted by a wide range of ages, incomes, lifestyles and genders, Nissan marketed the Xterra primarily to the adventurous and outdoor consumer. Many commercials feature one driving the vehicle through mud, unloading mountain bikes out of the back, or packing up surfing equipment.
The Xterra wasn't Nissan's first compact SUV. Nissan in Japan had the Nissan Mistral, in Europe the Terrano a 2-door SUV sold from 1993-2006.
In the United States, the Xterra was Nissan's entry-level SUV until the arrival of the 2008 Nissan Rogue. In the Nissan lineup, the Xterra is priced between the Rogue and the Murano, but sized below the Rogue
|The Nissan Paladin is a SUV manufactured by Zhengzhou Nissan Automobile Co., Ltd. and is sold in China only.
It is active in the Paris Dakar Rally during these years. The Paladin uses the same chassis and running gear as the first generation Nissan Xterra sold in the United States.
First generation (WD22) 2000–2001
During its first two years there were three Xterra models, two designated XE and a luxury SE.
The base XE came with a 143 hp (107 kW) KA24DE I4, 5-speed manual transmission, and steel wheels. It lacked such accessories as step rails and roof rack.
Canadian models from 2000-2004 were limited only to the VG33E V6, and only available with part-time 4WD.
Xterra was freshened for 2002
Second generation (N50)
The Xterra received a facelift for 2009 with more options and colors, leather seats on SE models, and roof mounted lights on off-road models. As a result, 2008 was the last year of the Nissan Xterra in Mexico, as the larger-but-cheaper unibody Nissan Rogue replaced the Xterra in the lineup. Reasons why the Xterra stopped sales in Mexico was for Nissan to free up room for the 2009 Suzuki Equator at the Smyrna plant, and also because of Nissan building fewer Xterras due to declining sales in the United States and Canada. After that, the Xterra is now mutually exclusive with the unibody X-Trail sold outside the United States and Canada. However, the X-Trail was sold in Canada from 2005-06 alongside the Xterra, but after the 2006 model year, Nissan replaced the X-Trail in Canada with the larger Rogue
| The Xterra was redesigned in 2005 on the Nissan F-Alpha platform shared by the Titan and Frontier.
The Nissan Titan introduced in 2004, is a full-size pickup truck produced for the North American market by Nissan. The truck shares the stretched Nissan F-Alpha platform with the Nissan Armada and Infiniti QX56 SUVs, and is manufactured in Canton, Mississippi, United States.
It is available in either rear wheel drive or four wheel drive with a 5-speed automatic transmission.
